recommended book?

OK gang, any recommended book for low limit tournament play? The type of games I play:

$35 buy in stud freezeout, a $55 HE game with

one $45 re-buy, and of course, when on holiday,

the world famous 10 AM HE tournament at Mandalay

Bay.
