there's been a lot of posts recently about increasing vpip, just a question to the big gunners, the guys who pull in 2.5/100 + with the vpips of over 25, obviously you think this is optimal, but do you think it's possible to win at 1-2/100 over the long run with vpips as low as 19-20? in other words, how much do you think these "extra" hands are worth compared to the 20% of hands or so that everyone is playing.
