Paradise Poker 0.05/0.10 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7/images/graemlins/spade.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif.

Flop: (6 SB) J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 6/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 8/images/graemlins/club.gif (6 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls, CO calls, Button folds, SB calls.

Turn: (7 BB) 4/images/graemlins/club.gif (4 players)
SB checks, Hero ??

I raised on the flop with a gutshot straight draw trying to buy a free card.

On the turn, I figured I have 6 clean outs for a 5 or a 9 non diamond. I shouldn't be afraid of the clubs should I?

Main question is how was my flop play? And what should I do on the turn?

This is an easy flop fold for me, especially with none of my suit on the board.

Yeah, I've been trying to be more aggresive as of late. Maybe this was a little over the top.

fold flop, check the turn.

generally don't raise for free cards unless you are in late position.

Fold the flop. You have 4 outs to the 9 and 3 if you don't count the 9d which puts 3 to a flush on the board. Even if you count all 4 you need 10.75:1 to call and you're only getting 7:1.
