Tweaking my game, especially play from the blinds, which I feel I'm horrible at. This hand is fairly straightforward, so I'm curious whether or not its a "standard" line, and what to do on the river.

This is a good spot to check-call. There were a number. of draws on the flop. He will call with any hand that beats you, but will bet a variety of hands that you beat.

If you bet what can he call you with that you will win. If you check he might bet with a weaker A or try a plain bluff at the pot.
