My quest for leakage continues...

UTG+1 is very loose and fairly passive.

I'm really confused. Why did you call the turn c/r and proceed to cap the river?

I felt like I was ahead of a weaker King and I wanted to get him to bet into me on the river.

3 betting the turn and raising the river does the same thing, except that 3 betting the turn gives you the chance to get even more bets in. If you think that you'll get more than 2 bets out of him on the river, do you really think 3 betting the turn is gonna change that? I don't. Basically I don't think there's any reasoning where it makes sense to call this turn.

With a 3-bet on the turn you will get an equal amount of bets in, as you would if you call his check-raise and then raise his bet on the river. With luck, you may get more bets in with a 3-bet, since a raise on the river signifies more strength than a turn 3-bet, I think.
