Spades hits the most.

If cards are shown on the cover of a book, it is typically the Royal Flush in Spades.

In Maverick, what did he get his Royal Flush in? Spades.

In Rounders, Mike knew that KGB would 'hit' his spade flush, bet heavy, and Mike could beat him with Nines full of Aces.

The answer to your question is Spades.

If you are asking which suit is more likely to make a flush that is shown down, the answer is in fact spades, a reasonable justification of which wegs comes amazingly close to providing. The reason psychological, as most people prefer spades and are more likely to play a marginal suited hand or a call with a marginal flush draw if the suit is spades.

If you want to include all the times that people swear up and down saying "i should have played that suited ten deuce" when the river card comes as a flush that "hits", then all suits are equally likely.
