I can't get bison's hand converter to work at all... but the basic situation is:

UTG: 3955
Button: 1690
SB (Hero): 1950
BB: 2405

Blinds 100/200. Hero is dealt A3o and it folds to him. What now?

EDIT: If your answer is raise or allin, make the short stack smaller and the big stack larger - at what point (if any) do you start doing something else?

In this situation I would make a 3x BB bet and try and steal the BB.

There are times I wouldn't depending upon my read of the BB, but with no reads and this being a bubble situation I would try and steal the blind. You have just enough chips so that you don't have to push here, but this looks like a perfect steal opportunity to me.

In 30+3 or higher, raise to 500, then curse horribly and fold to an all in. If the blinds are at 300, go all in and curse horribly when you are called.

Below that, just complete it and fold to a raise.

I don't like raising any more than 500 here. If your stack was smaller I would consider an all-in. Here I think you really want to avoid putting too many chips at risk with a marginal hand, even though it is good enough to steal with. I don't think completing or even folding against a LAG is criminal here.
