Tell-A-Friend--On Top of Initial Deposit Bonus

My friend wants to create an account with Intertops poker as a bonus whore, and we wanted to maximize the bonus by utilizing the Tell-A-Friend angle. If I refer him through Tell-A-Friend, will he get the $25 bonus AND the $100 from the 20% initial deposit bonus? Or will the Tell-A-Friend $25 bonus wipe out the initial 20% deposit bonus?

I asked Intertops this question about a month ago and the 2 offers cannot be combined.

Send him the refer a friend email, and then let him sign up to get the $100 bonus. He won't get the $25 on top of the $100, but you should still get the $50 for referring him, and if you were a really good friend you would kick that back to him.
