effective-is it unethical?

Is it unethical to join a game, win a pot or two and leave after an orbit or so? I've been doing that recently(mostly lack of time than anything else) Is it okay do to this?

If you post when you come in, no. If the cardroom lets you sit w/o posting, then it's cheap.

Yeah I always pay my blinds, I never see 8 hands for free and just leave-I wouldn't even have to ask if THAT was unethical.

who cares? It's annoying to the other players, but screw them, you aren't playing to make them happy. I wouldn't even care if you played 8 hands for free and then left. I'd say more power to you. It's all one big session anyway
