Anyone ever do the Lasseter's Casino 200% bonus? I have never heard anything about it, so I'd like to hear your thoughts.

I was looking at the one too. I am a little put off by the fact that they require you to fax in documents to cash out.

All you have to do is email in your driver's licence to prove your age. Also, your first withdrawl has to be by cheque, but it's sent by airmail and only takes about a week to get to NA.

I did this one and it was a good experience as far as profit goes. Their sister site AusVegas also offers a 200% bonus.

They both are regulated strictly by AU government so they insist of age verification for every player before a cash out can be initiated. That forced me to go to a friends house to scan and put into jpeg my drivers license. Sent that to them and it was approved within an hour and cashing out was an option now.

However, they also insist on mailing you a check the first time just to verify you live at the address you gave.

For the hassle they give you extra match bonuses for becoming age validated. Once you cash the check they upgrade you to bronze status for extra benefits again.

I'd do the two if you have no problem jpeg'ing them your license and waiting for the first check to arrive after cashout.

I finally got around to playing there last week. Deposited $100, got a $200 bonus, played blackjack at $10/hand until I cleared the bonus. Finished up at $340 and am about to cashout.

The software is unbelievably slow. It gets to the point where you will be so bored you will surely up your bets to get through it.

Also the hit/stand buttons are very close and I more than once hit the wrong one.

I started to do this but I played some slots while waiting for the bonus (deposit $50 get $100 free) and won $50 so I figured, why take a chance on losing - just cancel the bonus. So I e-mailed them to cancel it and won another $100 on slots (they were hot) and would have wagered enough to clear the bonus by the time I finally cashed out..grrr coulda had an extra $100.

Received my $200 check in about 10 days.

Never one to miss out on a good whore, I deposited $100 into Lasseters. My play on BJ was very tough........

The dealer won 19 straight hands at one point, and overall was ahead 45 bets over what I won. That sucks.

On the other side, I happened to bet mostly $15 and was up to $619 and dropped to $5 just at the right time twice, and missed getting slaughtered. It was very close as I got down to my last $49 bucks (yeah, what a swing) and bet it and won, then went back to $15 bets and ended at $288 for a net of $188 /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

Never saw so many 21's by the dealer (8 in a row during that 0-19 swing) but hey, it still worked.

Lasseters was my most succesful whore to date. The software is painfully slow, the cashout process is pretty slow (for the first cashout). But it's free money. And a lot of it, so I say suck it up and do it.

Actually, just eight 21's in a row for the dealer (which I never even pushed), I think three were BJ's. As I said, I went from $619 down to $49 betting $15, then $10, then down to $5. A little hard to believe this is a "fair" piece of software, but I do remember playing live and watching a new player lose 22 straight hands once. She bought $100 and bet $5 until it was gone, then bought another $100 and lost two more hands (might have been a double or split in there). Then she won 5 straight, raising here bet each time and was almost even. I guess it happens.

I played a little Keno and slots - picked up another $12 after sending my proof of age and address...........

Understood, but since Homer, Rusty_Jedi and Dogmeat have given it a go I figure it's a safe enough. I went through BW to check out the validity of this site. Seems ok.

This place is very safe as far as your money goes. Being run by the Australian government makes it as safe as any. If anything ever went wrong you would at least have a place to sue that is not located in a 3rd world country with some crazy laws. Being on the Casinomeister recommended casinos list is also a plus.

I finished above expectation at Lasseters, but only by a small amount. I would absolutely recommend it if you dont mind getting your money through check. The check was there within a week I believe and there was a $5 fee which sucks seeing that it is mandatory.

Note: When i got my check it was already converted to Canadian funds. If you have a bank that takes 30 business days to clear an American funds check from out of country then this is a nice feature. All it means is they are making the money off of the exchange rate instead of your bank or neteller.

Anyways, I'm about halfway through the WR for BJ on Lasseters. The site is slow, but not too bad.

Two things I don't like:

1. You can only play 1 BJ square. So if you are like me and grinding it out at $5 a square, it's going to take 10-11 hours to finish depending on much you play. I guess you can play $10 a square but of course the variance is higher and I'm trying to build up a big nice casino bankroll to hit the stickies.

2. You can't turn off the sound. I want to listen to music and not "Dealer wins" every few hands. /images/graemlins/mad.gif

Other than that, it's a very good site, very good customer service and if I score well here, I'll hit up the sister site and up my bets to clear it faster.

Hey - I sent my proof of age, etc. two weeks ago. Last week they asked for it again - so I jpeg'ed the papers. Yesterday they approved it and I was able to access the withdrawal section with the pin number that came with the approval($5 fee to get a check - and it's the only way they will pay) and got an email saying they received my request.

Today I got another request for the age verification because I had requested a withdrawal. Pain in the ass! Since you can not get a pin number until they approve your age verification, and you can't request a withdrawal without a pin, this is getting kind of old. I know other sites do this..................but it's my first cashout that has involved the "round-n-round" crap. I'll let you know when I get a check.

I got a check from both Lasseters and Ausvegas that took 6 days for each to get to me.

Since then, I've made withdrawals that have been credited back to Neteller in less than 24 hours each time

I had no problem with them recieving and accepting my ID with a jpeg file through email the first time also. Looks like you got caught in a loop somewhere.

I e-mailed my ID and got my check and cashed it last month. I too got a request for ID last week from them. I haven't done anything tho since the check cleared already.
