Motor City Casino 10-20 10 playas

Good mix at this table. A few solid players, and two ppl who have gone through at least 1500 in 6 hours. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

I have Q /images/graemlins/spade.gif J /images/graemlins/spade.gif MP1

UTG is LAG, raises all kinds of crap PF
MP2 is solid
MP3 is a retard. see above -1500

UTG raises, 1 fold, I call, MP2 3-bets, Retard calls, all fold, UTG caps, I call, MP2 calls, Retard calls.

Flop K /images/graemlins/spade.gif Q /images/graemlins/diamond.gif J /images/graemlins/heart.gif

UTG checks, I bet, MP2 raises, Retard calls, UTG calls, I call

Turn 3 /images/graemlins/diamond.gif

UTG checks, I check, MP2 bets, Retard calls, UTG calls, I call

River 9 /images/graemlins/spade.gif

UTG check, I check, MP2 bets, Retard calls, UTG calls, I call /images/graemlins/confused.gif

Someone explain wtf I was doing here. Be mean

Either give MP2 credit for the big pocket pair and flopped set or don't. If you do, you're drawing slim to dead. Get out. If you don't, you're probably ahead, since no one else has shown any post-flop aggression.

In either case, check/calling the turn is terrible.

I'm not crazy about the preflop call from MP1. Certainly in late position or maybe even MP3. Unless you were pretty sure you'd get a bunch of callers and an unlikely chance of a raise behind you.

I'm 3-betting that flop or at the very least check/raising the turn.

I think you can call the river given the action.
