is the only way to check how many brp's you have accumulated to email support? i think i clicked every possible option in the software to see if it would lead me somewhere useful, but came up with nothing. thanks.

Did you create your account within the last 30 days? If so, you should have a link in the Promotions tab when you log into the program.
