ABSOLUTELY NOT.. Why would you or anyone?
If you are that weak-tight you shouldn't be playing $20-40..

So you lose to a straight flush.. Sh*t happens...
There really wasn't much to your post. You played the hand in a sane and logical manner.. Well done.. Sure you could have done a few things differently, and that stuff could be debated.. but all-in-all you did fine.. There was no way you or anyone should have gotten away from that hand..

Firstly it's better to not put results in as they bias the responses.

Secondly, why didn't you cap it on 7th? I don't know how the five seat plays but his most likely holding is an inferior flush. He would definately jam it with an ace high flush, and your flush beats that since the K/images/graemlins/spade.gif is out. Surely you don't put him on a straight flush in that spot. I think you left money on the table on 7th.

I like your play on previous streets but 7th should have been capped.

I think losing more is correct, especially on 5th and 6th. I'm raising 5th for sure, sixth, if i raise and he still bets into me when he pairs the two i'll have to think about it, but i'll probably raise it as well to see if he 3 bets me. If he does pop me on 6th i call 7th instead of raising.

I raise here on 3rd

And also On 5th

The way 5th and 6th played out Likely would of kept me from raising 7th perhaps I am losing equity by doing such but a penny saved is a penny earned in my book.

Bad break against a tough runner runner Str8flush.

I have to leave soon, so I haven't read the other responses. Your raise on fourth street is OK, but with two Clubs out, I'd probably just call. There is no reason not to raise fifth and sixth. If the K/images/graemlins/diamond.gif Q/images/graemlins/diamond.gif guy is drawing to a flush, he's going to pay whatever you and the other guy charge him, not knowing that he's drawing to one out. Give him the opportunity.
