Ive been playing on Empire for a few weeks now and for some reason when I logged on today it said my account was closed. Ive emailed them and they wont return my emails. I dont use any software that would be illegal. And I dont have more than 1 account open there. No idea why they did this. I had several hundred dolars in my account. Has anyone else had anything like this happen and is there anything I can do??

They don't have one. Party phone support won't assist players with Empire accounts.

Thanks for the help guys. But to clear things up and not give empire an undue bad name they did now email me back. They said the problem was that another account had a similar mailing address. They have told me they are reopening my account. So its all good.
