I sort of like it. Flop raise protects your hand and the Button has implied weakness from his position (you may be well ahead).
If only you led the Turn...

The turn is where I'm lost. I think I should have bet and folded to a raise. But, how many times does button play AK or AQ like this?

With no read on the opponent this is a tough call.
I like the Turn bet/fold line.

is 3 betting preflop a viable + EV option? Feels sexi and changes the dynamic and bullys the limbers. Me likes a little.

It's an idea but you'll almost never knock anybody out, plus you only have 88.
