Villain is raising a ton of hands. This is still suicide right? Flame me please.... I deserve it. The players at this table were so horrid I could have folded into 2nd.

$5 PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (5 handed)

SB (t4465)
BB (t850)
UTG (t1805)
Hero (t1370)
Button (t5010)

Preflop: Hero is MP with J/images/graemlins/club.gif, J/images/graemlins/diamond.gif.
UTG folds, Hero calls t50, Button folds, SB raises to t200, BB folds, Hero raises to t1370

I would have raised to t150 since I was the 1st in the pot. If he reraised me, I would have called his bet and decided my next move after the flop.

If he is a raising maniac as you say and I would have limped in as you did, and he rasied to t200, I would have just called his bet and decided my next move after the flop.

If I was going to commit all my chips. I would have done so with my initial bet and pushed immediately and tried to push him off his hand to begin with.

You had this coming because you limped 5 handed, not because you limp/reraised.

I know. The bizarre thing is this hand played out exactly as I wanted it to. I see JJ and somehow decide thats a good enough holding to limp/push with, which I know is completly ridiculous. I won't do it again...
