no, with 2 clubs on the board, your club outs might not be clean. i would call here and raise the turn if i hit a non club out and call down if it is the club out..

i would fold preflop...

on the flop i would definitely raise, you have an OESD and two overcards that could be good, that is probably at least 8-10 outs after discounts for clubs and whatnot...in addition, a raise here could get you a free card on the turn...

Raising is fine. You probably have lots of outs since its a 3 handed pot. Take your free card if you whiff.
