From a short'n'sweet Wed session after a week of poker hiatus.

Party Poker 3/6 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: nepenthe is MP2 with T/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, T/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG folds, UTG+1 calls, MP1 folds, nepenthe raises, MP3 folds, CO folds, Button calls $5.34 (All-In), SB folds, BB calls, UTG+1 calls.

UTG+1 is a regular at the site and is certainly a winning player. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that he represents a very loose embodiment of the default 2+2er.

No read on the all-in guy.

Flop: (8.11 SB) A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 5/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 3/images/graemlins/diamond.gif (4 players, 1 all-in)
BB checks, UTG+1 checks, nepenthe bets, BB folds, UTG+1 calls.

Turn: (5.05 BB) 8/images/graemlins/spade.gif (3 players, 1 all-in)
UTG+1 checks, nepenthe bets, UTG+1 calls.

River: (7.05 BB) J/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players, 1 all-in)
UTG+1 bets, nepenthe folds.

Final Pot: 8.05 BB

Hmmmn, I see what you're saying, he puts you on overcards or something, and may be doing the ol' c/c, c/c, bet with TP, suspect kicker. Is it possible he's doing that line to throw you off or otherwise bluffing, yea. You've got to be good here like 11% of the time...I think you can fold this considering you're seeing a showdown no matter what. If he's not playing tricky-like, I like it.

TT offsuit????

Since it is off-suit muck the river... now if you had TENTEN SOOOOOTED, it'd be an auto-call! /images/graemlins/grin.gif

I would like to know just how you came up with the like 11% figure.

There are eight big bets in the pot, so you are getting 8:1 on your call. That means if your hand is good better than one time 9, your call makes you money. Thus the 11%.

There's actually a little more than 8 bets in the pot, so my 11% is even more accurate than one might expect.
