While this is a pathetic (read: lopsided) attempt to punish the fans, it's a great start. For the record I understand that the police are still working on the charges for the men and others, so it's to early to judge completly, my comments were made solely on the basis of the current situation.

I also thought that his lawyers quote was funny.
"'They're completely picking on the little guy,' Shawn Smith, Green's lawyer, said Wednesday."

Wow!

In any case I'd like to offer my apologies to those that I argued with and said that the fans wouldn't be punished. It appears on this, I was incorrect (although I'll suspend my full Mea Culpa until the criminal charges are filled).

The players run a gauntlet of fans dumping beverages on them, and 2 get banned from the properties for life. And the guy who is believed to have thrown a chair is not one of them. Nice Detroit.

EDIT: Happy Birthday

Hi Richard,

I don't really have anything to say about your post, but next time you post a long URL like that, use the URL button (next to the instant graemlins).

Your post won't be so wide, and you can just insert the links like this (http://www.badgerbadgerbadger.com/).

Hope that helps. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

EDIT - Oh, and happy birthday!

Thank you, and yeah I never knew how they did that one here, so used to AIM and the like. THanks for the help.
