Two lines needed- KC/Raiders and Hou/Jets

I know the bookies are waiting on Priest Holmes and Chad P announcements, but has anyone seen ANY lines on these two games?

I'm thinking KC is a dog to the Raiders at home by at least 3 (without Holmes) and not sure how they are WITH Holmes. Is Trent Green in or out for the game? ESPN didn't mention him.


Texans at Jets- Could the Texans be a 2-pt road favorite, with Chad questionable and coming off of the shoulder injury?

its says here (http://covers.usatoday.com/data/nfl/game/g1_main_12.aspx) that holmes is out for sun. and green is day to day.

im not sure though on how current and accurate this is.

been looking everywhere since yesterday, have found nothing yet - if i find something before you do i'll post up in this thread - i doubt the Texans will be a road favorite if Chad is playing, and probably more like a pick if he's not

There is no way in hell Houston is favored at the Jets, Pennington or no Pennington. The Jets will be at least 3 point favorites and probably 4 to 4.5.

KC/Oak game is the one that looks like a pickem to me but I wouldn't be surprised to see either listed as a small favorite.

Looks like Jets (-6 pr -6.5), and the other a pick'em, or Oak (-1)
