Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t200 (5 handed)

Hero (t1560)
UTG (t1655)
MP (t2450)
Button (t1680)
SB (t655)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif.
UTG folds, MP folds, Button folds, SB raises to t655, Hero ...

If I had a deeper stack then it'd be a call with much lesser holdings, but having the A surely swings it, even though losing would make me shortest stack, and in desperation mode? The result of the hand doesn't much matter.

I'd call without hesitation.

That's what I thought. Working it out via ICM it gives me a 0.2065548 ChipEV, as opposed to 0.17 for folding, if I am ~55% favourite.

455 to win 955 already in pot - getting 2:1. Maybe SB is being somewhat selective, but you can't be much of a dog against his likely range of hands (and maybe 50/50 or a slight favorite). Even ifyou lose, you'll have > 4 BB if you fold your SB, giving you some fold equity still.

Easy, easy call.

Now, if UTG had pushed 800...that would be a lot tougher call (he's probably gonna be a tad more selective, a little worse pot odds, and you're losing more of your fold equity if you lose).

A little off topic, but am I the only one that can't get ICM to work? It just comes up as a grey screen when I go to the site.
