Fold preflop. Otherwise, raise.

Given the limp (ugh), you're in a nasty spot here. There's lots of plausible hands which already have you buried despite your top pair: KQ, KJ, QJ, T9, AT. The UTG limp could also be AA or KK. Only an idiot is going to UTG limp Kx, Qx, Jx in this spot, or AK, AQ, AJ. I could possibly imagine Ax here but only from a bad player. A mid-pair is possible, but the flop overbet on three face cards doesn't smell much like it.

Ugly spot. I think if you handed me the mouse on the flop, I probably move in as well, but I would be cringing and not surprised to come out broke.

All in or fold on preflop. I tend towards the fold, because there's just no reason to take on the big stack here.

I don't like all-in preflop here. I despise it at an even slightly loose table.

i'd have folded here preflop and let the big stack and the BB play this one out. (generally i am overly suspicious of any UTG limp this late in the game)

as far as flop play goes, i'm about 90 percent sure you're beat.
