In retrospect, I know I played this hand badly. Hindsights always 20/20, ain't it? However, I really didn't know what the villain was holding and was quite surprised at the end.

No reads on the villain, either.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (9 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A/images/graemlins/spade.gif, A/images/graemlins/heart.gif. CO posts a blind of $0.5. MP2 posts a blind of $0.5.
<font color="666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero raises</font>, MP2 (poster) calls, MP3 calls, <font color="666666">1 fold</font>, Button <font color="purple">(Villain)</font> calls, SB calls, <font color="666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: (12 SB) 6/images/graemlins/spade.gif, 2/images/graemlins/spade.gif, K/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="blue">(5 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, MP2 folds, MP3 folds, Villain calls, SB folds.

Turn: (7 BB) 5/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Villain raises</font>, <font color="CC3333">Hero 3-bets</font>, <font color="CC3333">Villain caps</font>, Hero calls.

At first I was thinking she must have a flush draw, but as she was short stacked I figured I'd push a re-raise and make her question whether or not she wanted to continue to draw for it. When she came back and capped it, I seriously began to wonder what she was holding.

River: (15 BB) 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="blue">(2 players)</font>
<font color="CC3333">Hero bets</font>, Villain calls $1 (All-In).

Probably should have check/called here...

Final Pot: 17 BB

This really isn't that bad, given that the villian was all-in on the river. If the villian had more chips, you might want to slow down. Sometimes people who are almost all-in will do some crazy things...

Glad to know I wasn't wrong in this play.

I play like you did, bet/call on the river. I'm thinking set from the turn action, but it's possible villian holds 65 for a counterfeited 2-pair or AK for the overplayed TPTK.
