I'd bet. Sure the 4 /images/graemlins/spade.gif could be out there, but with a preflop cap I wouldn't consider it a strong possibility. With four players still in the hand and holding the 2nd nuts, I'm willing to put in 4 bets. If the first bet gets you two folds and a raise then consider just calling.
