Man, the forums are fast now. Anyone want to play in a 2+2 game in a bit? I'd be keen on taking over a public table again.

i've heard mixed reviews.. some say its not a good 6-max learning experience while others rave about it. is it more aggressive or frequently shorthanded to the flop?

You find more aggressive players there, but in general it's probably like taking the LAGs and semi-LAGs from .5/1 and putting them all in one game. Most pots are 3-5 handed so it certainly doesn't help with super shorthanded play, but it does help work on aggression in marginal situations.
