When you look at the summary tab of poker tracker to get your number of hands played towards your monthly rakeback:

Is it the "Hands" column, or the "Raked Hands" Column that you take the total for to use in your rake-back calculation?

Oh and why does the total of "Hands" column on the summary tab not equal the total of "Times" column on the general tab?

I guess basically, are rakeback calculated on total raked hands or total hands dealt?

unraked hands are not raked. thus, there is no rake to get back.

for any given raked hand, your rakeback for that hand is:
(rakeback percentage) * rake / (number of people that were dealt cards).

you can get a good idea of how much your total rakeback is by calculating (rakeback percentage) * (total rake taken from hands you played) / (average number of people per hand).
