This situation seems to come up a fair amount. Say I am in LP with A6o or K9o and it is folded to me. The big blind has a huge blind defense number (75%+) which corresponds with other fairly LAGGY stats.

1) I usually raise in this situation...what is the lower end of your raising standards?
2) So you raise and the BB is the only caller. You know the BB will almost always check/call on any flop. What is your plan of attack? Bet the flop...check behind and then bet/raise the turn?
3) Same situation as above but you know that the BB will bet almost any flop. If you miss what is your plan of action?
4)OK say you flop middle pair on a J 6 4 rainbow flop. Does this change your actions? What if it is 2 tone or a single suit?

Thanks...I have had a great start to the Party 15 with an absurd 20BB/100 over my first 600 hands in the last couple of days. I need a little more practice dealing with the ultra LAGS though.
