uhhh yeah. i cant really think of any hand that he might have that you would beat here.

Looks fine, definitely don't call a river raise here. If villain is truly passive like you say (won't bluff after you check the river after leading both flop and turn), then I might check/fold this river. I think you are probably beat more than 50% of the time that Villain calls or raises your river bet.
