My 1 scare card comes - I decide to raise and fold to a 3-bet - is this a terrible play?

I really don't know how I should have played this street either...I wanted to bet, but I figured he wouldn't have called my raise on the turn with less than an ace...and he is passive post-flop - so is this a value bet or an easy check?

AKs/o, AQs, maybe AJs and AQo will 3 bet. that's my guess at least.
