I am not too concerned with my pre-flop play. I was getting very good odds on my hand already..plus I knew the other limpers would call. My real question is on the flop. Should I have bet out, check/called, or check/raise. I have middle pair with a back-door straight draw. I definitely think calling was correct.

Should I play the turn any differently? What about the river? I thought about check-raising, but I had no reads on UTG+2 and wanted to make sure I get one more bet out of it.

thanks,

Looks fine to me.

Pot was big enough IMO to warrant calling down, and you got a big hand in the end to reward you.

This hand seems like it played like a micro-hand but I'll be the 2/4 hands belong in Small Stakes police.
