1) I don't raise pre-flop.
2) I post a read on the players involved in the flop action.
3) Reasonably easy fold to me - unless the raiser is capable of raising to eliminate better hands...in which case you're making a bad decision (see why reads are important?)

I wouldn't raise preflop out of position here.
That being said, why check the flop when you make top pair? Sometimes people will just bet and raise behind you with almost anything once you show weakness. I would feel much better about this hand if I bet the flop.

I didn't even notice that when I looked at the hand (currently in class...) Especially is the PF-raiser, you have to bet this flop...
