My basic question is : Should you commit your stack (when you have about the average stack) with AQ??

Never on a call. Only really as an aggressor with very good folding equity. Im considered weak-tight though on the forum so take the advice with a grain of salt. One timely push would be if someone keeps popping your blinds and he looks weak on a raise.

Without any reads, I generally don't call reraises with AQo. Did you have any read on this guy? If it was AQs, I'd call the small reraise and fold without help on the flop. With anything as small as a Queen or flush draw on the flop, I'd push.
