What should the "Won $ at showdown %" read in PT?
I'm looking for a normal number for a solid player. Obviously the optimum would be 100%...

100% is not the optimum. If your W$SD is 100%, it means that you are sometimes folding the winning hand to a river bet.

isn't 50-60% around the norm on this forum? Which means 55% is probably pretty good.

Maybe, but 65% would be horrible. 60% is probably still a bit high.
I'm no noted poker authority, but 55% is probably not too far off optimal.
Lower than 50% you're playing too much rubbish. I suppose on really really loose tables you could be ok with less than 50% if you are getting 3 or more to the river regularly.
Higher than 60% and you're starting to fold winners. (usual caveats about sample size apply)

For what it's worth, mine is 54% over about 35,000 hands in Poker Tracker.
