Overlay in Stars 500k Guarenteed?

Does anyone think its possible there will be an overlay in this? Only 590 in with 2 hours left, was about 540 an hour ago, so it isnt moving up that much. I wasn't gonna get in it, but if there's an overlay, I might change my mind. What do you think?

It'll fill up in the last 15 minutes, no overlay.

I also doubt there will be an overlay. The majority of players seem to sign up in the last 30 minutes.
