I know this is somewhat difficult to put your finger on, but how do you select your tables? I mostly play at pacific (1/2) and party (.5/1).

Pacific: I just go for the loosest table there is at my limit (9-10 players seated). Preferably not a too small pot average and too few hands per hour.
Party: Here it is more difficult due to the lack of information, only average pot size. I usually go for a table in the middle, like 8-9 BB/pot. This is because I figure that those tables aren't as likely to be that agressive. Don't know if I'm right.

On Party, I generally just pick the first ones open and then play at them for a few orbits. By then I can tell if the game is worth staying or not. I use PT to determine the stats. A high VP$IP and a low W$SD are always good, IMO. Sometimes it takes me a few tries to find a good one, but once I do I generally play there for a while.

On UB I like to go by flop % seen and average pot size.
