I bet UTG calls.

Short-handed, this is a 3-bet pre-flop. You can be fairly sure the turn didn't improve your opponent, but he can't be sure it didn't help you. Since his flop raise was probably automatic, I'd bluff the turn. Once you check the turn, I'd check the river as well. He's likely to call/bet with any pair, but with just overcards he's more likely to put in that last bet if you check.
