Not much happening at my first table, except we had a lot of pushes and folds preflop. I had to toss AQ, AJ, TT, JJ PF, and lost a few bucks without getting the chance to see a flop.

Finally move to another table after the break, but I'm down to about 1000 chips. PrincessGlo is down to 420, so she pushes and doubles up with AJ. Very next hand, she's on the button and bets out t350 (blinds 50/100). I'm in the BB, and think she's stealing. I push with A9. She calls and turns over JJ.

Luckily, I hit a 9-high straight! /images/graemlins/blush.gif

I played bad, and got lucky. With t420 the hand before, I was expecting her to make a steal attempt soon. But after she managed to double up, I didn't readjust my thinking on her. Dangerous.

I'm sitting on t1750, half the average, so I'm in trouble. BB is 150, so I'm not panicking yet.

I had 9T suited, when the flop gave me a flush draw and he made a weak flop bet, a semibluff was the only logical move.

Wow, things are getting interesting, 22 left and I have a nice stack at 182 grand.

Ended up in 6th, $11,040 payout. The blinds just killed me in the end. At the final table my best hand was A8. Eventually I moved in with K9 and was called by KQ. A 9 came off, and I thought I'd stay alive only to see a devastating Q on the river. It was a blast though and as long as I don't go out on a horrible beat I can't complain.

I had a blast too...I ended up 150th, which is unfortunately out of the money, but I got my stack up to 16,000 only to get beat w/ AK all in reraise preflop to villain's AJ and then 2 jacks flopped. I got in the tourney on a $10 satellite, so I'm not too upset...
