Intertops cashout questions

I just recently opened an account with Intertops poker (today actually) and I realized something after I deposited there: With the sportsbook when you deposit you have to wait 14 days to cashout (only on your first deposit). Is it the same thing with the pokerroom? Especially since you have to transfer the money to your sportsbook account. I sure hope not because that is quite a while. Thanks in advance for any help.

I deposited one day, cleared the bonus, and cashed out that night. Although I deposited with Neteller, they wouldn't let me use Neteller to cash out from the Pokerroom. I sent an email inquiry about this--they didn't say anything about transferring back to the sports book to use Neteller to cashout (although I later read on here that I could have done that). Instead I cashed out directly from the pokerroom using IGMpay to my checking account. They were very prompt in answering my email--why don't you email them your question?

Well, I cleared the bonus and transferred the money to my sportsbook account. I am having problems logging on to the sportsbook though. But, there cust. svc over the phone is closed already and nobody has emailed me back. I guess if they don't email me back soon or tell me that I am going to have to wait 14 days to receive through neteller i can transfer to a friends account on party.

i am actually upset that i signed up for the $100..because i hated their sportsbook and their cust svc...

not that anybody is reading this, but now i am getting a message saying my account is blocked. i am feeling more and more comfortable as the minutes pass. fuk i am so stupid for even getting involved with intertops. i knew they were like this.

I got in touch with the people at Intertops sportsbook today. They told me that the reason they put a block on my account is because this is the second account from this same address. I explained to them that i never deposited money in the first account. I told them that when I bet on sports sometimes I like to have a lot of books available to me. They said it doesn't matter..I am not allowed duplicate accounts. I told them that I understood but, I never deposited nor remembered opening an account there.

They finally agreed to send my $$ back to my neteller account, but I will not be able to play under the same account there.

They told me the neteller takes 48 hours to process. I started to argue with them over that, but decided not to. So, basically if you cash out using neteller on intertops you have to cash out twice. once from the pokerrom to your intertops account, then from intertops to your neteller account.

In Intertops defense - the 'cashout' from the poker room to the sportsbook is generally under an hour, and usually about 15-30 minutes. The cashouts from the sportsbook to Neteller are reasonable when compared to the rest of the industry (approximately 24-48 hours).

As for customer support, they at least seemed competent and knowledgeable, which is a definite upgrade over the other Party skins. And they actually reply to emails.

Sorry you had a bad experience (not trying to pump up Intertops but I think they are a good Party skin to use compared to others).
