Anyone had any experience with these chips from Value City?

It's 300 chips for $40, and they look like suited chips with edge spots. I don't like the "bicycle-style" color mix (white, red, blue, black), but if the quality is ok, I'm thinking they might be a decent stop-gap until I can afford better chips.
