Party "IGMPAY" bonus

How often can I use the "IGMPAY" 20% to 100 bonus? Once a month? Once ever?

Unless stated explicitly otherwise, all bonuses are once and only once. The only exception to this (that I know of) are the Crypto monthly bonuses. Most of these are smaller ($25 or so) except Interpoker, which is $90 monthly for 5x raked hands. Some of the party skins occasionally offer reload bonuses, but these are obviously not the same bonus, so they would not be considered a bonus that you can use more than once. AFAIK, the IGMPAY bonus can be used once at each of the following sites: Party, Empire, and Pokernow (not entirely sure about Pokernow).
