What does anyone do with these hands from UTG and UTG+1

i know all three decisions (raise, fold, call) are almost the same EV

if you think you play ok post flop is raising the better choice or folding?? is calling ever OK

I think you're going to get a big "IT DEPENDS" on this one.

With AJo, from UTG, in the past week alone, I've folded, limped, and raised depending very much on the table conditions.

I generally raise, but may fold if I think the other players at the table are relatively good and aggressive.

I play Party 3/6 and I always raise AJo or KQo as the first one in.

For me it depends on how aggressive the game is. It sucks limping in and then having someone raise behind you, that puts the pressure on you to hit the flop. So, if I think that there is a good chance the pot will be raised then I want to be the one to do the raising. If the game is more passive preflop, then I'm inclined to limp.

If you expect worse hands to call you, raising AJo and KQo is fine. SSHE argues a limp for these UTG in tight games, where you may expect better hands to be calling you more often.

Basically if I am in a game where I think raising AJo or KQo is no good anymore, I'm leaving the table.
