UTG+1 maybe loose passive (20 hands, vpip 50, 0 pfr, 0.5 ta)
SB and BB are LAGs (>60 vpip, >20 pfr, but low ta)

What is with the switch from SB to BB leading on the turn?

And what about UTG+1 waking up on the the river? Flush, straight, 2-pair or just something like 9x and doesn't want overcallers?

Anway, I am looking for general feedback. How is the agression on the flop and the turn? Good or bad river fold?

Many players at $1/$2 will slow-play a flopped 2-pair, and BB could easily be hoping to raise SB on the Turn with T9, or other worse 2-pairs. Don't be surprised what people call with from the blinds, I've seen 3 bets called by the SB with K4o (split with AK on a KQQKx board). SB said he "would have folded except he was playing a blind...". Go figure.

Most players freeze up to a 3-suited board, some won't bet a 2-suited board until the River card comes and no flush is possible, some wait for the Turn to be safe. They are permanently terrified of losing a big pot to a flush. 2-pair is a slow-play regardless of the board (and if it is 3-suited, is never gets raised, but they still call).

UTG+1 waking up is certainly a better hand than yours. Good fold, lots of draws made it.
