Opponent is a LAG: VPIP 37/PFR 23/AF-T 2.8

He didn't need a pair of aces to bet here. My plan was to fold to any more aggression(bet or raise) at any point in the hand.

This is how I would play it against this type of player. You will lose quite a few, but this is probably +EV overall especially factoring the meta-game value into account.
