I play at the Taj, which is the largest in AC. What is the biggest poker room? I think the Commerce Club in LA and the Aviation Club of Paris are also large.

In Vegas, the largest poker room is the Bellagio at only 30 tables (last time I counted). Although Binions definitely has more tables if you include tournament tables (which I don't). Also, Wynn is rumored to be opening in April with 50 tables. There are far bigger poker rooms elsewhere, but these are the biggest vegas has to offer.

#1 Commerce. #2 Foxwoods.

There are all sorts of rumors about the Foxwoods room expanding and becoming larger than Commerce.

As far as I know the Commerce Club is the largest poker room in the world.

I would have to imagine that Casino AZ is pretty close to the top of the list.

Commerce Casino in LA is the largest cardroom in the world. It's been said on many WPT shows and other poker specials.

I don't believe the Aviation is anything like as large as the Bellagio, never mind Commerce. Anyone know?

I think Casino Arizona may be the largest room... but it doesn't have the largest number of tables at 46.

Aviation has around 5 tables gents! Paris biggest room, but nowhere close to what your LA casinos can offer!

How many poker-only tables does Commerce have?

Canterbury has something like 30 tables, and could probably fill 50 on weekend nights.

Poker Tables: 260

That figure could also be before they moved out the Pan and Stud tables and put in even more low-limit HE tables.

That also doesn't count the nights I've been there and had to sit on a Blackjack table or Pai Gow table to play.

Aviation is a small room, which is part of its charm.

Hey bud, you forgot to mention the newly expanded Orleans room with a total of 36 tables now and the extra 12 or so around the corner for tournaments.

Card Player is incorrect. That 260 number is for ALL table games. NOT poker tables.

I just got off the phone with the Commerce poker desk and they assure me they have 147 tables available for poker (which is still a lot of poker tables).

Best Wishes

Howard

For those of you that have never been to Commerce, I do not think you are capable of appreciating how many tables they have.

On most weekends there are at least 20 + yellow chip games($15-30 and higher) going. On tournament weekends , every yellow chip table is going(appx 50 tables). About 8 $9-18 HE games and at least 10 or more $100 or $200 buyin no limit games....sometimes up to 15 or 16. And 100 tables or more of $1-2, $2-4, $3-6, & $4-8 HE, stud, and Omaha.

And they are planning to build a second hotel.

The rest of the Los Angeles area card clubs are nothing to sneeze at either.
