I've been playing Party $10 STT NL Holdem for a few months and have been relatively pleased with my results.
Next Monday I'm going to try my first live action at the Atlantic City Borgata morning 40 + 10 rebuy tourney. I read a few posts, which all said it's a free-for-all, with lots of people rebuying continually. I am really going for the experience, though of course I'd love to win some money. I've decided I'll go into my pocket once if I bust out early; this is based on Cloutier's advice in Championship NL & PL Holdem.
Sound strategy? I'll hope to double up early and take my shots. Sounds like it will be a lot of people jumping off a cliff, which sounds a lot like some of the tourneys I've played on Party. No bluffing until people settle down.
