European Neteller Debit Card Users

Ive just got a Neteller debit card to use as my primary cash out method. However, when I go to withdraw onto the card, it takes my money from US dollars, to Canadian Dollars, then I have to withdraw it in Euros. So, I lose out because US - Euro is worth more than Canadian - Euro. Has anyone else had this problem?
Any solutions?
