I want to set up a savings account (currently it's all neteller and my Bank of Bermuda account which does ok at 1.75%).

But I see this ING Direct (http://home.ingdirect.com/) account is offering 2.25% with seemingly no big restrictions. It's all online and you can link to a local checking account for easy transfers etc.

Anybody have this kind of acct or have opinions?

A related question for all of you is do you know of an online bank (offshore) that accepts neteller deposits for the original deposit and does not require you do physically apply? I'll leave it to you to guess the reason for this request /images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I have an ING account. It pays good interest and I haven't come across any fees for transfers to other bank accounts or to/from Neteller. So yeah, it seems pretty good. It's also easy to set up multiple accounts, in case you want to set up one that's just your bankroll, or an account specifically for saving for a new car, etc.
