UTG is TP-A, based on 85 hands, with a VP$IP at 10.
Looking back I think I should have 3 bet the flop.

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (8 handed)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T/images/graemlins/heart.gif, T/images/graemlins/club.gif.
UTG calls, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO folds, Button calls, SB folds, Hero raises, UTG calls, Button calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 9/images/graemlins/heart.gif, J/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 3/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
Hero bets, UTG raises, Button calls, Hero calls.

Turn: (6.25 BB) J/images/graemlins/club.gif (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, Button folds, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 7.25 BB

I'm tight-weak myself, but I wouldn't 3-bet here. Especially with a VP$IP of 10, he's only playing premium hands from UTG. You raised PF so his raise on the flop says he isn't too scared of pockets. I don't think you have more than your share of the pot equity here, so I can't see raising. In truth, you only have 7 outs (more or less), so your raise call may not even be justified (although I think I'd call as well).
