I certainly think so. There are few hands which you are in serious trouble against, and since you were the preflop raiser, you actually may win the pot outright with a push.

I think its pretty standard, you're likely ahead (or close to even) of most hands that the BB has and you have some FE aswell. Not to mention there's already 1450 in the pot when you push.

What do you do if its checked to you instead?

Only my opinion,

Very good push. You're definitely drawing, but with two overcards and a 1/3 chance to make the nut flush, there's nothing he could hold on that flop that would leave you drawing dead. BB has bet 1/4 his stack, but if you come over the top and he doesn't have an overpair or a set, there's a chance that he takes your reraise as a slap on the wrist and folds to preserve his tournament life. Although, in the $10+1 tourneys I play, I don't see too many folds to reraises. Just out of curiosity, how did the hand play out?

Of course. Push. I would be worried about the raiser holding A9 here, but even then you have 12 outs.
