3 players limp, I complete from the sb with T7 off, the bb checks. Flop comes Th 7c 3c. I check, and much to my chagrin it gets checked around. The turn is the 3h. I bet, bb raises, everyone else folds, I reraise, he calls. River is a blank. I bet, he raises, I call. He wins with A3 (trip 3's on the turn). Did I give him too much action here?

I think so. When he raises, you have to give serious consideration to the possibility that he has a 3. (Sure, raising and driving people out is probably not his best move here, since no one else rates to have a 3, but if most people played optimally I wouldn't want to be in the game anyway.) I don't think I would 3 bet the turn, and I am not a huge fan of betting the river.

Also, I think you should lead the flop. With the lack of a pre flop raise and a low, loosly coordinated board, I don't think you can count on anyone betting for you. I like playing the flop as fast as possible for as many bets as possible.
